They’ll also scoop a windfall should the match is chosen for live broadcast coverage.

Both Pompey and Ipswich are pushing for promotion from League One this season.

The Blues currently sit fifth in the table while the Tractor Boys are one place and two points above in fourth.

Last season, Pompey made it all the way to the fifth round of historic Cup.

There were wins over Harrogate Town, Altrincham, Fleetwood and Barnsley before the Blues suffered a 2-0 defeat to Premier League heavyweights Arsenal – who went on to claim the trophy at Wembley.
