Portsmouth v Sunderland to be broadcast live on Sky Sports

Pompey’s home game against promotion rivals Sunderland has been selected for live television coverage.

John Marquis scored twice in Pompey's 3-1 win at the Stadium of Light back in October.

The League One match on Tuesday, March 9, will be broadcast by Sky Sports, with kick-off moved to the slightly later time of 7.45pm.

As a result of the live coverage, the encounter cannot be screened on iFollow.

The Blues enjoyed a 3-1 win at the Black Cats back in October.

As present, Kenny Jackett’s fifth-placed side are one point and one place better off than Lee Johnson’s outfit, with both teams having played 28 games.
