Portsmouth youngster Leon Maloney agrees move to Dutch side FC Volendam
Leon Maloney is set to depart Pompey for Dutch side FC Volendam.
The third-year scholar will move to the outfit, who are managed by former Dutch international and Sheffield Wednesday midfielder Wim Jonk, for an undisclosed fee.
The 18-year-old from the Isle of Wight has made four senior appearances this season, scoring his maiden senior goal in the 2-1 EFL Trophy win over Northampton last month.
Speaking to NH Sport Maloney said: ‘I knew Wim was here and his background for developing talent at places like Ajax.’
