'Putting in call to T-shirt printers... Kenny's turned it around' - Portsmouth fans react to 2-0 win at Hull

Pompey fans have taken to social media to celebrate not only victory against Hull – but the Blues’ return to the top of the League One table.

The 2-0 victory at the KCOM Stadium has allowed Kenny Jackett’s side to leapfrog the previous leaders in the standings – where they will remain until Christmas at least – and put down a marker which the rest of the division will take notice of.

It’s the first time in 23 months that Pompey have occupied the leading position in the division – and the Fratton faithful are clearly loving the feeling.

Here’s a selection of the views shared on Twitter after own goals from Jacob Greaves and Josh Magennis handed the visitors an important victory.

@JakeAlfordPFC: Great result that.

Some good individual performances. Marquis, Cannon, Naylor, Rasmus all decent.

Up the blues.

@RyanCovey1: Cor, if you had offered me 10 points from the last 4 games against promotion rivals, 4 clean sheets and top of the league at Christmas, I’d have laughed in your face!

Kenny’s turned it around and I take my hat off to the bloke! Up the blues.

@Mourby: Top of the league for Christmas, what a great win.
