Another attacking talent Pompey would love at Fratton Park next season, but also a move which appears to be a stretch at the moment. Linked with a stack of clubs including Pompey after a season where he bagged 23 goals and 12 assists for National League side Altrincham. Arguably the department which will get the most attention this summer is wide areas and Murphy is someone who brings the kind of pace and strength required. A stack of clubs have been linked with the 29-year-old, who impressed at Fratton Park in March.
