'Too many invisible men... isn’t good enough anymore' - Portsmouth fans give reaction to Brighton loss
The Blues slipped to a 4-0 loss against the Premier League hosts at the Amex Stadium.
Kenny Jackett’s men held their own in the first half before Alex Mac Allister gave the hosts the lead on 38 minutes.

It was always going to be tall order for Pompey to get a result, but supporters aplenty have been left disappointed in the manner their side crashed out of the competition.
Here's what they’ve been saying on Twitter...

81 minutes it's taken to get our first shot on target. Shocking #Pompey
@ptid1976
Relentlessly depressing watching #Pompey these days.
Can anyone really argue that this team wouldn't get badly beaten by the L2 team, from a fan-owned club, playing much better football, from four years ago?

Hide AdWhatever happens off the pitch, we are clearly going backwards ON it.
@PompeysNews1
First half of this game we made an account of ourselves and should be proud.
Second half has been dreadful, individual mistakes from players that I just can’t get behind.
Jackett for me isn’t to blame, too many sloppy mistakes I’m afraid!

Hide AdI miss the games where we had fight and passion. This isn’t good enough anymore ! #Pompey
@LukeEllisPUP
Not that it really matters, but every lower league club has given it a good go in this cup against higher league clubs. KJ has picked his strongest 11 against a 3rd choice team and we’ve been completely and utterly dismantled. It really is so disappointing #pompey
@MikeyRobs91
So many lower league teams make a game of it in these cup competitions...not expecting to win but there's just nothing #Pompey
@neonbubble
I wouldn't mind us being so bad if we were at least entertaining but bad and dreary is a dire combination. #Pompey
@jamesfrowen
Complete waste of everybody’s time #Pompey

Hide AdPompey, after a decent first 30, were battered at Brighton tonight. Could have been 6. Too many invisible men - Marquis, Morris, Harness, Williams - and a hat trick of defensive errors by Bolton.
@MajorRaverMatt
Pring, Whatmough and Curtis played well, Raggatt is absolutely terrible and as for Morris, he is so anonymous that he makes it look like we play with 10men.
Once again no change in formation, and subs like for like, usual KJ rubbish #Pompey
