Transfer deadline day RECAP: Every done deal in League One on busy day of business for Pompey rivals
Clubs in League One have until 11pm tonight to strengthen their squads and complete any incoming and outgoings.
As things stand, Pompey are currently at their salary cap limit, with 22 senior players above the age of 21.

Kenny Jackett also recruited youngster Harevy White on loan from Spurs, but the 19-year-old doesn’t count toward wage ceiling rules.
A quiet day on the south coast is likely, although Pompey won’t hesitate to bring any players in if they believe it’s an updgrade on what they already have.
Meanwhile, promotion rivals such as Hull, Sunderland and Lincoln could all look to bolster their chances of reaching the Championship.
