Two teams going at it, awful goals to concede but a decent point - Portsmouth fans react to Plymouth draw
Pompey fans have been reacting to tonight’s 2-2 see-saw draw with Plymouth. Here’s some of those views.
2-2 fair result at Plymouth. Neither team deserved any more. Pompey bit sloppy at key moments. But decent point.
@IanDarke
Good game, should of killed you off. But good too see both teams going at it!
@Perryjones123
Far better second half. Whatmough restored my faith in #Pompey centre-backs again after coming on. Two terrible goals conceded but it just goes to show, if you’re a bit more positive, you sometimes nick a goal or two as well.

2-2 at Home Park - well I'd have taken a point beforehand and it does mean we have put Plymouth's L1 title celebrations back from December to January.
@stevebone1
I'd take a point, but the manner of the result is frustrating. The right system & subs after HT, the players deserved to take the lead, but shot themselves in the foot. Reminiscent of the playoff games. #Pompey coughed up possession & made Plymouth look good.
@FredsDotW
Not bad considering their home form, 2 awful goals to concede but I’ll take the point - moving onto Crewe
@Jamesr02_
Decent point. Hopefully that is the death of 4-2-3-1. Instantly looked much the better side after the tactical swap. Would have been an impressive win if not for an uncharacteristic mistake from Craig. Some credit to Jackett for changing it at half time at least
@TomHaustead
Take a point. Awful 1st half tactics. Good 25 mins and a bang average 65 mins. Jack by far our best player. Pring can take his awful free kicks back to Bristol City. Never want to see anything but 442 again.
@joerobbs
@JohnMarquis09 to score first, go 1-nil down and realise half hour after the games finished that own goals don't count... Nice one, cheers John!!
@rhjsmith1984
If Williams can add goals and assists to his game he'll be irreplaceable. Arguably been our best player over the last 3-4 games #Pompey
@JSweetman
Naylor MOTM for me. Big game from him on a night when Close more or less ended his Pompey career and Cannon was walking wounded.
