USP have made the timing change in agreement with their Wessex League Premier Division opponents 'as a mark of respect' to avoid clashing with the funeral of HRH Prince Philip.
US Portsmouth confirmed the kick-off switch after receiving FA guidance in order to fall in line with all other sporting events taking place on Saturday.

Hide AdNo sporting action will coincide with the Duke of Edinburgh's, who died on Friday aged 99, funeral ceremony at St George's Chapel, Windsor which starts at 3pm and will begin with a national minute's silence.
Although supporters are unable to attend USP's FA Vase fourth round tie at the Victory Stadium, it will still be possible to watch the fixture live.
TBTVSport, a sports streaming service, are to broadcast the lunchtime cup clash live through their YouTube channel.
USP, who have never reached this stage of the FA Vase previously, also know what could await them if they are to progress to the last-16.
