The sport of Walking Rugby has taken off all over the country and is becoming ever more popular with ex-players and those new to the game.
Both men and women from the age of 40 upwards can play, irrespective of ability.
Practice games are at Gosport Park on Saturdays (10am) and Tuesdays (6.30pm).
