Stag slip up in title quest
Stag were awarded walkovers for Nick Hatherley and Mark Barnes but Eldon soon took the lead thanks to Michael Chandler, James Elliott and Jon Davison.
Dave Smith and Dion Jukes moved Stag 4-3 up but Liam Elliott and Sam Damarell won the remaining ties to give Eldon the match.

Hide AdPhoenix Southsea leapfrogged Froddington Arms B into fourth place in division D after beating them 5-4.
David Tait, Michael Mulvy and Pete Hickman propelled Phoenix into a 3-0 lead.
But Cyril Hallett and Brian Hughes pulled legs back for the Froddington outfit.
Phoenix wasted no further time in bagging the points as David Bishop and John Lloyd were on the mark.

Hide AdRon Hannham and Paul Cohead took consolation legs for Froddington, with Hannham scoring 152.
Mr Pickwick A came from behind four times to beat Lord Chichester B 5-4 in division A.
John Madgwick Jnr, Ray Williams, David Patourel and Ryan Davey all put Chichester ahead.
But each time Pickwick hit back with Malcolm Ogden, Connor Hurry, Paul Garland and Charlie Linkhorn on the mark.

Hide AdPhil Rudder then won the decisive final set to give Pickwick the narrow victory.
Madgwick scored 170 and Davey threw an 18-dart leg and 180.
Froddington Arms A kept the pressure on division B’s leaders with a 7-2 victory over Graham Arms B.
Froddington stormed into a 4-0 lead through Jamie McClelland, Dan Graf – who fired a 116 finish – Liam Emery and Luke Graf.
Lester Miles and Dave Barker halved Graham’s deficit.
But it was to no avail as Daniel Browne, with a 180, Luke Smith and Dave Lock completed a convincing win for Froddington.

Hide AdMike Symes (Admiral Drake B) threw 15 and 18-dart legs and a 180 in the latest action on the oche.
Charlie Jackson, Danny Smith (both Admiral Drake B), Chris Harradine (Rose in June B) and Mark Standen (Thatchers B) also finished legs in 18 darts.
Lee Todd (Phoenix North End B) hit a 141 game-shot, Frank Butcher (Oyster House B) had a 124 finish and Sam Palmer (Shearer Arms) checked out on 110.
Bruce Baker (Shearer Arms), Ray Priseman (Jolly Taxpayer B) and Paul Emeney (Stag A) checked out on 107, 104 and 100 respectively.
Paul Richmond (Newcome Arms A), Robert Ford (Rose in June A), David Clarke (Jolly Taxpayer B) and Pete Webb (Harvest Home B) all fired in maximums.
