Youngsters invited to join new camera club

Horndean Camera Club is inviting young photographers to join later this summer.

Anyone aged from 10 upwards is welcome to join, chairman Geoff Lambert said.

He added: ‘We have been looking for ways to start a junior sub-section of the club which can be focussed solely on their needs and start them on their way to a fascinating, creative and rewarding hobby.

The group will can accommodate up to a dozen members and will meet on the first Saturday morning of each month.

It will be held at the community centre at Havant Academy in Wakefords Way, Havant, starting on Saturday, September 3.

Introductory sessions for members and parents are being held on July from 10am at Havant Academy.
