Last weekend, OHM drum and bass did Portsmouth proud with their club takeover at Junk, Southampton, with Alix Perez and Skeptical being nothing but superb throughout the whole evening.

Kicking things off tonight, Discreet will be hosting a launch party for their forthcoming Halloween event Even Stranger Things at The Old Barn in Milton. Known for their epic Halloween parties, Discreet will venture into the upside down theme of Netflix’s Stranger Things.

Tonight will transform The Old Barn into a demonic haven with techno DJs Colin Dale and Discreet residents Chris Vaux, Klink and Andrew Robertson. Doors will run from 8.30pm until 1am and entry will be £3 or free with a ticket purchase for their main event at £15. More details at

On the drum and bass front tonight, Surface DnB will be causing a stir as they present their launch night with headline DJ Erb N Dub at MiniBox, Commercial Road.

    Tomorrow night on the tech house scene, Zeal Movement are back again at The Old Barn presenting headliner Tommy Vercetti, Roberta Nicholls and Zeal. Vercetti is the alias of Tom Cox, 21. Advanced tickets £11.30 or £15 on the door. Doors will be open from 6.30pm until 1.30am. Details at
