Collected Through Love: The Michael Woodford Bequest

Selected works from Pallant House Gallery's latest bequest see a significant group of prints, drawings and books from unlikely collector Michael Woodford.

Michael is a former rubbish collector and school caretaker with a passion for art.

The collection includes late etchings by Picasso and a number of other etchings, drawings and watercolours spanning the career of Graham Sutherland. Plus, notable works by Victor Pasmore, Alan Reynolds, Suzanne Valadon and Gerald Leslie Brockhurst.
