189 cheerful photos of green and orange wave runners at the Great South Run

A record-breaking 26,000 people completed today’s AJ Bell Great South Run.

The 10-mile course takes runners through Southsea, Old Portsmouth and the city centre, before heading back to Eastney and towards the finish line.

Runners set off in waves, based on ability, which are sorted when registering for the event.
