Summer showneeds help

Horndean Community Association’s Summer Fair will be held in the grounds of Merchistoun Hall on September 3.

The day will host a beer tent, vintage tea rooms and a mixture of stalls ranging from crafts to commercial and voluntary groups.

A special children’s section will have animals to stroke, and a range of activities and catering for the younger ones.

Organisers are looking for volunteers in roles including: setting up for the day, to help with catering, the bar, some of the stalls and to help with the evening event also.
