New Waterlooville care home opens doors ahead of first residents arriving this winter
A new care home in Waterlooville has opened its doors to prospective residents and their families ahead of welcoming its first residents this winter.

Hazleton Gardens, on Hart Plain Avenue, is being run by Barchester Healthcare and will provide residential, dementia and respite care when it opens.
The home's marketing suite is now open for show rounds, giving people considering care for themselves or a loved one the opportunity to look around and speak to the team about the support available.
The new home includes en-suite bedrooms with smart TVs, lounges, gardens, a café, spa bathrooms and an in-house hair salon.
It will also have a programme of daily activities designed to give residents opportunities to continue with existing interests and try new activities.
Meals will be prepared by the home's chefs using seasonal menus, with residents' preferences taken into account.
Samantha Squibb, general manager at Hazleton Gardens, said: “We are thrilled our stunning new home is ready to welcome visitors.
“It’s a wonderful way for people to come and find out about the care we provide, and meet the friendly team who will be looking after our residents.
“Personalised care really is at the heart of everything we do, and we are looking forward to meeting all our neighbours and building new friendships within the local community.”
