The mum-of-two, who recently made the finals of NatWest’s Everywoman Awards, was helped by the trust’s enterprise programme when she first started her business 12 years ago and, now that she is in a position to give back, she does what she can to enable more people like her to receive its help.

Some of the raffle prizes up for grabs include a Limewood spa day and an advent calendar donated by The White Company.

As part of her fundraising efforts, Freya designed a jewellery collection and donates five per cent of the profits to the trust’s #changeagirlslife campaign, which supports young women’s futures, as well as Freya’s personal initiative which provides women in Bali with more opportunities to learn how to make jewellery.

On the night, 100 per cent of the profits from the collection will be donated to the charity, alongside a new necklace that will be launched at the event – the profits from which will continue to be donated to the trust.

Freya said: ‘The Prince’s Trust was a huge part of my business’s success and I feel a lot of pride in becoming an ambassador for them, to enable more women like myself to have success in their own ventures.

‘The gala will not only raise money for an amazing cause that I have experienced first-hand but will hopefully shine a light on the incredible work that they do, encouraging more people to get involved with them, whether it’s to support their own business growth or to allow them to help others.’
