The restaurant posted to Facebook on Wednesday, October 21, saying: “It is with heavy hearts that we announce the permanent closure of Amuri – Bella Calabria.

“We would like to express our deepest gratitude to all our wonderful customers who have supported us throughout the years.”

In May, the business rebranded to focus on its Sicilian roots and introduced new signage and a new menu featuring penne Castellana and penne alla contadina.

“You have been more than just customers to us — you have been part of our family, and we will always be grateful for your loyalty, kindness and support. Although this chapter has come to an end, the beautiful memories will always remain. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being part of our journey.”
