Marketing expert from Portsmouth writes his first book on SEO
Lee Wilson, from Horndean, has secured a deal with Kogan Page publishers to release his guide to search engine optimisation – Tactical SEO.
The book, which will be released on August 3, will equip businesses with the information they need to increase their online success through search engine marketing.
Lee, 35, said: ‘I can’t wait for the book to launch. Tactical SEO has been months in the making and it’s exciting to think that in a few weeks it will be in pre-release, it still feels so surreal.’
Lee works as head of SEO at Vertical Leap, a digital agency in Portsmouth’s Historic Dockyard that specialises in online marketing.
‘I’ve always loved to write and help others, so combining my passions and expertise made perfect sense,’ he said.
Lee, who is originally from Hilsea, added: ‘I am really pleased with the outcome and think this book will help companies achieve their business objectives and grow in the future’.
Ahead of his book’s release, Lee is already looking to the future.
He said: ‘I’m keen to write more. The digital industry is so fast-paced. There is always an opportunity to add value and to help businesses achieve their goal.’
Lee has been working with publishers Kogan Page for over a year and is finally at the stage where the book is ready for general release.
