Suzuki has been conducting clean-up activities as part of their Clean Ocean Project since 2010 with thousands of people from many countries around the world taking part.

As well as Suzuki, MindWorks works with Wightlink, which has been named as a finalist in the 2020 Maritime UK Awards for its green energy achievements. It is the only ferry operator to be short-listed. Winners will be announced at a live-stream event from Plymouth on Thursday, November 12.

Michelle added: ‘Much of the local economy is supported by the maritime sector and last week’s Maritime UK Week 2020 event highlighted how important maritime is to UK jobs and trade, as well as its role this year in transporting critical supplies into the country during the Covid-19 pandemic.’
