Property letting specialist expands and buys Top-Let

The deal, which will see Top-Let adopt the LetCo name and its red and green branding, creates a company that now manages almost 700 properties across the south.

LetCo has an online service as well as four offices in Portsmouth, Park Gate, Whiteley and Southampton. It will also be recruiting eight property professionals to work in Portsmouth, Southampton and Bournemouth.

The acquisition significantly extends LetCo’s portfolio, which includes family homes and character properties in established residential neighbourhoods, along with prestigious houses and apartments in some of the region’s the most exciting developments such as Portsmouth’s Gunwharf Quays.

LetCo, founded in 2006, has experienced substantial growth over recent years and is on track to achieve turnover in excess of £1m for the year 2015/2016.

Joining the LetCo team from Top-Let is Simon Hill, who takes up a new role as LetCo’s commercial director.
