Dynamite Recruitment, set up in 2011, has moved from Langstone Gate into an office at 1000 Lakeside, North Harbour.

The office has been custom fitted to include a fitness area and spin studio and refurbished to introduce Dynamite's corporate colours and a series of vinyls imparting the company's culture.

Matt Fox, managing director, said: '˜It was important for us to choose a business environment which has more to offer than traditional office space.

'˜We are a people focused business in every aspect and wanted our corporate environment to reflect how important our staff, clients and candidates are to us.

'˜We've only been on campus for a few weeks but the move has injected all of us with a renewed sense of pride and passion in who we are and what we do.' 

Matt was named Business Personality of the Year at The News' Business Excellence Awards earlier this year. The firm has also won numerous other awards. 

The Business Excellence Awards 2019 are due to launch in September.
