Coronavirus cases in Hampshire: Two more people diagnosed with virus bringing total to 10

An update from Public Health England this afternoon has confirmed that the number of Covid-19 cases in the county has risen from eight to 10.
It comes after chief medical officer Chris Whitty told the public to expect a rise in the number of cases.

Hide AdThe total number of cases in the UK now stands at 373, with a sixth death also being confirmed.
The man who was in his 80s and at Watford General Hospital, had other underlying health problems, according to the West Hertfordshire Hospitals NHS Trust.
No cases have been confirmed in Portsmouth at this time.
In Italy, where the virus is spreading, travel has been restricted and public gatherings have been forbidden.
Anyone who believes they have symptoms of coronavirus is advised to self-isolate and dial 111.
