The latest house price figures from Zoopla show there has been a slight increase in average prices over the last three months, since lockdown began, but are down on what properties were worth 12 months ago.

Off the A32. The average price for property in Minnitt Road stood at £97,935 in July 2020. This is a rise of 0.50 per cent in the last three months (since April 2020) and fall of 4.25 per cent since 12 months ago.

This is based on the ‘Zoopla estimate’ – the average property value in a given area based on current Zoopla estimates.

Off Grange Road. The average price for property in Williams Close stood at £82,408 in July 2020. This is a rise of 0.27 per cent in the last three months (since April 2020) and fall of 3.70 per cent since 12 months ago.
Off Grange Road. The average price for property in Nimrod Drive stood at £81,269 in July 2020. This is a fall of 0.14 per cent in the last three months (since April 2020) and fall of 4.11 per cent since 12 months ago.
Off Haslar Road. The average price for property in Trinity Close stood at £79,969 in July 2020. This is a rise of 0.07 per cent in the last three months (since April 2020) and fall of 4.65 per cent since 12 months ago.
Off South Street. The average price for property in Nyria Way stood at £78,365 in July 2020. This is a rise of 0.50 per cent in the last three months (since April 2020) and fall of 4.25 per cent since 12 months ago.
Off Henry Cort Way. The average price for property in James Road stood at £75,774 in July 2020. This is a rise of 0.27 per cent in the last three months (since April 2020) and fall of 3.71 per cent since 12 months ago.
Off Heritage Way. The average price for property in Somerset Court stood at £70,330 in July 2020. This is a rise of 0.50 per cent in the last three months (since April 2020) and fall of 4.24 per cent since 12 months ago.
Off St Nicholas Avenue. The average price for property in Samson Close stood at £63,060 in July 2020. This is a rise of 0.28 per cent in the last three months (since April 2020) and fall of 3.70 per cent since 12 months ago.
