The freehold property, located at 90a Cuthbert Road, Fratton, has a guide price of £60,000-plus and is among 180 lots listed across southern England by Clive Emson Auctioneers.

Joe Rocks, an auction appraiser with the firm, said: “The vacant lock-up workshop is accessed via a driveway from Cuthbert Road as well as a pedestrian walkway from Clive Road.

As well as the workshop, there are storage areas, a kitchen area, separate WC and a rear yard. The online auction starts on Monday, September 16 and concludes on Wednesday, September 18.
