The winner, who must be over 18 and be willing to be named for transparency, will also be given news of their victory over a phone call.

It is hoped the number of £10 entries will eventually equal the owner’s £3.2m valuation of the property, making it financially feasible to give it away as a prize.

If however this sum is not reached, the property’s owner will decide whether or not the cash raised is sufficient to still give away the house.

If it’s deemed too low, the money raised by the raffle will instead be given away as the top prize.

Anyone who wins the house would not have to pay any legal fees or stamp duty and would be its rightful owner.

How can I enter the prize draw?
