1,000-year-old church at Boarhunt
For those interested in local church architecture I recommend you buy a new 18-page guide to St Nicholas's Church, Boarhunt. The church, at least 960 years old but with older foundations, is a local gem and well worth a visit either for interest or service every other Sunday. The guide has a front cover painting by Portsmouth artist Richard Ubsdell along with 26 photographs. Full of interest for such a small building, the churchyard is adorned with a massive yew tree. If you would like a c opy, send me a cheque to the address at the top of these pages, for £1.60 made payable to PCC Boarhunt and I will get a copy sent to you.
