An on-the-run prisoner has been arrested after a police appeal to find a wanted man.

Last week Hampshire police issued an appeal to find Bornwell Hakaperi, 19, from Portsmouth, who also has links to Southampton and Andover, and who was wanted on recall to prison.

Today they say they have arrested a 19-year-old man and that the appeal is now finished.
