Appeal after jaw broken

AN ASSAULT victim suffered a broken jaw after he was attacked.

The man, 22, was talking to men and women in the grounds of Chichester Cathedral, opposite the Dolphin and Anchor pub.

He decided to go to the cash point and several people joined him but he changed his mind.

Two men then hit him in the face before going back to the Cathedral grounds.

The attack happened outside Waterstones in West Street, Chichester, between midnight and 1am on Sunday, July 17.

His black Ted Baker wallet, driving licence, debit card and Samsung mobile phone were missing.

Both men were both white and in their early 20s.
