Boy, 13, has bike stolen after being assaulted in Portsmouth robbery

A TEENAGE boy had his bike stolen after being assaulted during a robbery.

The victim, who is 13, was attacked at 4.25pm in Arundel Street, Landport, on Monday.

Police have said that the boy was assaulted before his green Carrera Vengence bicycle was stolen.

Officers investigating have said that three white males are suspected to be involved.

A CCTV image of two people police wish to speak to as part of the investigation has been released, as well as a picture of the stolen bike.

In a statement online, Hampshire Constabulary said: ‘We appreciate this is not the clearest of photos but you may recognise the clothing worn by this pair of males.

‘Were you in the vicinity? Do you recognise either of the males or the stolen bike? We would also like you to get in touch if you have been offered this bike in suspicious circumstances.’
