Court issues five-year restraining order
A MAN has been fined £750 after assaulting a woman.
Paul Waites, 36, of Wallisdean Avenue, admitted assault by beating on April 26 in Almondsbury Road.
Portsmouth magistrates imposed a £75 victim surcharge and £250 prosecution costs.
A restraining order bans him from contacting the woman, except under certain circumstances, for five years.
