Driver caught no-handed
A DRIVER has been arrested for allegedly driving while using two mobile phones.
Hampshire police said the driver was spotted in Goldsmith Avenue, in Southsea, Portsmouth using his knees to steer the car.
The force’s Roads Policing Unit posted about the incident on Twitter yesterday.
It said: ‘Driver stopped using two mobile phones, yes one in each hand!
‘Steering with his knees! Off to explain all to the magistrates.’
