Driver gets 10 points for being over limit
A MAN has been given 10 points on his licence for being in charge of a car while over the limit.
Richard Baker, 41, of Bevan Road, Waterlooville, was found guilty at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court.
He was caught at the Ship & Bell hotel car park in London Road, Horndean, on April 7.

Hide AdA test revealed he had 42 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than the 35mg legal limit.
He was fined £185 with 10 points imposed on his driving licence.
He must pay a £20 victim fee and £200 costs.
