Drug-driver fined £125
DRIVER Chantelle Mavin has been fined £125.
Mavin, 22, admitted drug-driving with cannabis in her blood on December 31 last year.
Portsmouth magistrates banned her for a year with a £30 victim surcharge.
She was stopped in Grosvenor Street in a Mini.
