Gosport fire: Multiple potential arson cases in Gosport as garden sheds are set alight

Crews from Fareham fire crews were called to Turner Avenue in Gosport to tackle a blaze that was consuming two garden sheds. The incident occurred last night between the late hours of Tuesday, June 11 and the early hours of Wednesday, June 12.

Gosport fire crews were also called out to other areas of Gosport to similar reports that are believed to be linked.

The incident in Turner Avenue has been given a cause of “doubtful” due to the nature of the fire and as such was possibly arson. Fire crews used two breathing apparatus and hose reel jets to put out the flames which also caused damage to nearby fence panels.
