Man admits having drugs
A MAN has admitted possessing cannabis.
Thomas Chandler, 24, of Bedford Street, Southsea, pleaded guilty at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court.
Chandler admitted possessing a quantity of cannabis, a class B drug.
He committed the offence on October 23 last year.
He must pay a £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs. The drugs will be forfeited and destroyed.
