Man arrested after cannabis farm found in Portsmouth
POLICE have arrested a man after a cannabis factory was found in a Portsmouth home.

Yesterday police were called to Austin Court in Paulsgrove.
A spokeswoman said: ‘We received a call from our colleagues at the council at 10.30am on February 20, who had entered a property in Austin Court following reports of a water leak.
‘Upon entering they reported finding around 40 cannabis plants.
‘A 31-year-old man, from Portsmouth, has been arrested on suspicion of producing a controlled drug of Class B.’
The man is in custody
