Man arrested after two televisions stolen from Asda in Gosport

A MAN has been arrested after police received reports of two televisions being stolen from a supermarket.

The devices were stolen from the Asda superstore in Dock Road, Gosport, on two separate occasions yesterday.

Hampshire Constabulary said a Gosport man, 49, has been arrested on suspicion of theft and going equipped for theft.

He remains in custody at this time.
