Man must pay £170Â
MAGISTRATES ordered a man to pay £170 for an assault.
Fostin Mutebi, 23, was convicted of assault by beating on May 19 in Portsmouth.
Portsmouth magistrates imposed a 12-month conditional discharge with a £20 victim surcharge and £150 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
