Police launch urgent plea to find missing man, 48, from Warsash

FEARS are mounting over the safety of a man who disappeared from his home.

Warren Simpson, 48, was last seen at his home in Warsash at around 11am today.

But police and family are growing increasingly concerned over the unexpected disappearance of the 48-year-old.

Now Hampshire Constabulary has issued an urgent plea to the public in a bid to find Mr Simpson.

A police spokesman said: ‘We, and his family, are concerned for his welfare.’

Mr Simpson is white, 5ft 8ins tall with a big build, with very short hair that is almost shaved. He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, dark jeans, and black steel toe capped boots.

He was last seen driving a blue Toyota Yaris.

Those who see Mr Simpson, or think they may have seen him since 11am, are urged to call 101 with reference 839 of today’s date.

If it is an emergency, call 999.
