Police offer bike marking
BICYCLE owners are today being offered an extra line of defence against thieves.
Police are staging a cycle marking event outside the University of Portsmouth’s library, in Cambridge Road, Old Portsmouth, this afternoon. The free event is from 1pm to 3pm.
