A Portsmouth driver who admitted to police he had no licence or insurance saw his car seized.
Police tweeted today that they had stopped a vehicle in Portsmouth.
They wrote: ‘Checks conducted confirmed driver has no licence and no insurance which he openly admitted to on exiting the vehicle. Vehicle seized!’
