David Knipe, 40, of Prices Street, Portsmouth, admitted stealing £109.86 worth of goods from B&M in Portsmouth on February 29.

He admitted stealing £24.42 worth of lamb from Waitrose on February 18, and breaching a restraining order by going to Poundland.

He was handed a 22-week jail term suspended for six months.

Lewis Ormston, 33, of Clive Road, Fratton, admitted breaching a domestic violence protection order on February 27 and was fined £50.

Louise Robinson, 32, of Lashly Meadow, Hambledon, was jailed for 18 weeks.

She admitted shoplifting steak at Marks and Spencer in Waterlooville on February 7, and items from Home Bargains on January 7.

She admitted targeting the same stores on January 5 and September 18.

Robinson admitted stealing £639 worth of fragrances from Debenhams in Winchester on October 8, and three charges of failing to surrender to custody at court.

Mihai Sulcu, 26, of New Park Court, St Pancras, Chichester, admitted cannabis drug-driving on the M27 in Portsmouth on October 28.

Magistrates fined him £600 with a 17-month driving ban.

He must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Michael Walsh, 49, of Sackville Street, Portsmouth, admitted having cannabis, a class B drug on December 2.

Magistrates fined him £40. The drug must be destroyed.

Derek Billinger, 42 of HMP Highdown, was jailed for 14 weeks.

He was found guilty of assault by beating against a woman on September 28.

A restraining order bans him from contacting two women for two years.

He must pay a £122 victim surcharge.

Rory Chandler, 45, of Beach Road, Southsea, admitted stealing £14 worth of meat from Sainsbury's in Albert Road, Southsea, on October 1.

Magistrates fined him £20 with a £32 victim surcharge.

Michael Roberts, 47, of Parkhouse Farm Way, Havant, admitted having a knife in public on January 20, and drink-driving on the A55 in Denbighshire on April 19 last year.

Magistrates fined him £393 with a six-month jail term suspended for a year.

He must complete six months' alcohol treatment and 25 days' rehabilitation activities.

He must pay a £122 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Banned for two years.
