He was fined £30 with a £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs to pay.

Paul Burrell, 61, of Vale Grove, Gosport, admitted damaging a Ford Kuga on May 28 and breaching a suspended sentence.

He admitted assault by beating on July 30.

Magistrates imposed a 12-month community order with 10 days' rehabilitation activities.

He must pay £100 compensation.

The suspended term will now last 13 months.

Burrell must pay a £95 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Scott Chivers, 21, care of Greens Close, Bishop’s Waltham, admitted damaging £180 worth of garden furniture on June 10.

He also admitted having cannabis on the same day, and on May 1 and October 25.

Magistrates imposed a six-month conditional discharge.

He must pay £50 compensation, a £21 victim surcharge and £50 costs.

Michael Ashford, 35, of Purbrook Way, Leigh Park, admitted breaching a non-molestation order and breaching a conditional discharge for damage.

He was fined £562 for the order, and £187 for the damage.

He must pay a £74 victim surcharge.

Yusef Mboma, 38, of Fawcett Road, Southsea, admitted sending messages that were indecent, obscene or menacing between June 22 and 25 last year.

Magistrates imposed a six-week jail term suspended for a year.

He targeted a vulnerable victim, magistrates said.

A restraining order bans him from contacting the victim for a year.

He must pay a £115 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Hayley Gray, 37, of Herne Road, Wymering, admitted assaulting an emergency worker, a police officer, on April 16.

He admitted failing to come to court on July 14.

Magistrates imposed a 12-month community order with 15 days' rehabilitation activities.

He must pay £50 compensation, a £95 victim surcharge and £55 costs.

Karen Constant, 42, of Roundabout Hotel, Wallington Shore Road, Fareham, admitted theft on March 5 and was fined £50.

She must pay a £32 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Constant admitted breaching orders imposed for three previous thefts and was fined £75.

Graham Dickie, 39, of Ibis Hotel, Fratton Way, admitted two charges of theft from Tesco Fratton on June 8 and 15.

Magistrates imposed a 12-month community order with six-month drug rehabilitation and 10 days' rehabilitation activities.

He must pay £91 compensation.

Dickie admitted theft in Taplow, Buckinghamshire, on January 17 and must pay £90 compensation.

He also admitted twice failing to turn up at court.
