Reece Sandford, 21, of no fixed address, admitted failing to comply with a community order in July last year.

He admitted breaching a community order for fraud and theft.

Magistrates imposed a 12-month community order with 15 days' rehabilitation days and £60 costs.

Ben Easen-Thomas, 35, of West Street, Fareham, admitted failing to comply with post-sentence supervision in August and September.

He was fined £92 with a £32 victim surcharge. He was detained in court.

Stevie-Jo Pasing, 29, of Swarraton Road, Havant, admitted failing to comply with supervision requirements in September.

Magistrates jailed her for 14 days.

Peter Green, 35, of Bredenbury Crescent, Paulsgrove, admitted assault by beating and breaching a community order for racially-aggravated criminal damage.

Green must pay £250 compensation and £85 costs.

Mohammed Jamal, 22, of Maryat Way, Whiteley, admitted driving while banned on August 5.

He also admitted driving while banned on December 13, without insurance and refusing to stop when required to do so by a constable.

Magistrates imposed a 12-month community order with 15 days' rehabilitation activities, and 36 hours at an attendance centre.

Jamal must pay a £90 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

He was banned from driving for 18 months.

Aaron Skilling, 26, of Binsteed Road, Buckland, admitted burgling a property and taking £1,000 worth of jewellery on May 26.

Magistrates imposed a 12-month community order with 25 days' rehabilitation activities with 100 hours' unpaid work.

He must pay £100 compensation.

Belinda Lambert, 34, of Billy Copse, Leigh Park, admitted failing to promptly notify Havant Borough Council about a change of circumstance to her housing benefit claim between September 2013 and May 2018.

Magistrates imposed a 12-month community order with 14-day women's programme, 15 days' rehabilitation activities and 150 hours' unpaid work.

Lambert must pay £85 costs.

Leo Smith, 35, of Sea Grove Avenue, Hayling Island, admitted failing to provide a specimen of blood on January 12.

Magistrates imposed a 12-month community order with 120 hours' unpaid work.

Smith must pay a £90 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

He was banned from driving for 17 months.

Smith admitted not going to court on January 28.
