Edwin Matthews, 76, of no fixed address, admitted assault by beating in Proctor Drive, Lee-on-the-Solent, on November 4.Magistrates imposed a 12-month community order with 20 days' rehabilitation activities and 40 hours' unpaid work.

A restraining order bans Matthews from contacting a woman for two years.

Rachel Dujon, 34, of Frosthole Close, Fareham, admitted applying to a care agency while barred under the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006.

She applied on June 13 in Fareham.

Magistrates imposed a six-month conditional discharge with £20 victim surcharge.

Christopher Horner, 31, of Eggars Close, Alton, admitted driving while banned in Mile End Road, Portsmouth, on November 9.

He also admitted driving without insurance and breaching a suspended sentence for driving while banned.

Magistrates imposed an eight-week jail term suspended for a year.

He must complete 12 days of rehabilitation activities.

Horner must pay a £122 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

He was banned from driving for a year.

Ryan Keen, 25, of HMP Winchester, admitted damaging a window in Fareham on August 19.

Magistrates imposed a three-month conditional discharge.

Alfie Mansfield, 18, of Granada Road, Southsea, was jailed for eight weeks.

He admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour causing fear of violence in The Heroes pub in London Road, Waterlooville on November 5.

Magistrates banned him from the pub for a year.

Andra Petrove, 25, of Wimbledon Park Road, Southsea, admitted driving in his street without insurance on June 15.

Magistrates fined him £30 with a £32 victim surcharge.

Steven Brimecome, 33, of Newcome Road, Fratton, admitted assault by beating on November 1 in Hillsley Road in Paulsgrove.

He also admitted breaching a non-molestation order on the same day.

Magistrates jailed him for four months.

Joe Stanhope, 28, of Heywood Gardens, Havant, admitted damaging a door on December 25.

Magistrates imposed a 12-month community order with 10 days' rehabilitation activities.

A restraining order bans him from contacting a woman for six months.

Stanhope was fined £50 with £200 compensation, a £90 victim surcharge and £85 costs to pay.
