Thief must pay hundreds back
A MAN must pay nearly £600 for stealing goods.
Peter Robertson, 60, of Bosmere Road, Hayling Island, admitted stealing £1,100 of goods from Williams Trade Supplies in Fareham on January 15.
District Judge Anne Arnold handed Robertson a community order with 120 hours unpaid work to do.
He must pay £450.99 compensation, a £60 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.
