Waterlooville teenager caught with pink-handled knife ordered to pay £95 in court

Darren Case-Webb, 51, of Beaufort Road, Bedhampton, admitted drink-driving on the A27 eastbound at Portsmouth on July 3 last year.

Magistrates fined him £923 with a £92 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

He was banned from driving for 22 months.

A blood test revealed he had 190 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood, the legal limit is 80.

Peter Pennington, 54, of Twyford Avenue, Stamshaw, admitted drink-driving in Kings Lynn, Norfolk, on August 15.

Magistrates imposed an 18-month conditional discharge with 24-month ban.

A breath test revealed he had 97 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.

Magistrates imposed a 12-month community order with 15 days' rehabilitation activities.

She must pay a £95 surcharge.

Darren Clarke, 48, of Brighstone Road, Wymering, admitted driving while banned in Ramsgate in Kent, and driving without insurance, on October 1.

Magistrates imposed an 18-month community order with 300 hours' unpaid work.

Clarke must pay a £95 surcharge and £85 costs.

He also admitted flouting a community order for four charges of theft in Chichester, and was re-sentenced.

Kevin Dallender, 51, of Partridge Gardens, Wecock Farm, admitted two charge of racially-aggravated threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour causing harassment, alarm or distress.

Magistrates imposed a 12-month community order with 20 days' rehabiliation activities and 200 hours' unpaid work.

He must pay £100 compensaiton, a £95 surcharge and £85 costs.
