Young man has scooter stolen by gang while riding in Havant

The theft took place just after 1pm in Market Parade on Sunday while the victim was riding the scooter towards the Meridian Centre.

Police believe there were four men involved in the robbery. The male who is alleged to have grabbed the scooter is described as white mid-late teens who was wearing a black tracksuit.

‘We are looking for any information and/or witnesses who may have been in the area yesterday afternoon or recognise any of the suspects,’ a police statement said.
